The JUFA Hotels are changing their linen rental provider and are now working with us in 10 hotels throughout Germany and Austria.

Gernot Reitmaier, Managing Director and COO of JUFA Hotels was significantly involved in the decision-making process: “Of course, we took a close look at several providers and checked them out. In the end, the overall package at GREIF Mietwäsche was convincing. That is simply good.”

The requirements for the new linen rental specialist were nationwide delivery or delivery to neighbouring Austria, a customer-oriented, flexible service, good accessibility of contact persons, reliable linen delivery and, of course, the quality of the linen.

According to customer feedback, GREIF has so far convinced with good initial support and problem-free, solution-oriented agreements. Gernot Reitmaier particularly emphasises the willingness to cooperate, the honesty in customer service and the very individual support for specific hotels.
